Common questions
Will you have to drill the lock?
Most doors are opened without drilling, with picks and entry tools. Drilling is a last resort for some high-security or broken locks, and we tell you before we do it.
What do I need to show?
An ID with the address, a lease or a utility bill, or the property manager on site. We do not open a home without it.
My key is lost, not just inside. What then?
After the door is opened, the lock can be rekeyed on the spot so the lost key no longer works.
I am locked out of the garage or the back gate.
